New sign is up

Now that the trees are gone, we finally have enough room for a proper sign post, and the new sign went up today. It shows a rendition of the finished house as seen from the Atlantic Avenue side:

Once all the landscaping work is complete, there will actually be a new row of trees alongside Atlantic Ave, so more of the house will be obscured as time goes on.

We expect the work on the seawall to wrap up in the next 3-4 weeks, so hopefully we will be able to move into the next phase of the restoration project in mid-April.
